Booking request: first and last name, email address, phone number, travel dates, number of guests, your message, your billing address if you provide it (optional, for the invoice), and the time and version of the rental terms you accepted.

Email: we send you emails about your request, for example the confirmation of receipt and the booking confirmation. If you write to us, we process your message in order to answer it.

• Smoobu – management of the calendar and reservations. Once we accept your request, Smoobu receives your name, contact details, billing address (if provided) and travel dates.

We automatically delete your phone number, email address and message 365 days after your departure. If no booking results (request declined, payment deadline passed or cancelled before payment), there is no invoice: we then delete your phone number, email address, message and billing address about 30 days after that decision.
