Rental terms

The landlord is [Vor- und Nachname], [Straße und Hausnummer], [PLZ] [Ort] (see Legal notice). The tenant is the person who submits the request.

The total price comprises the rent and the additional costs shown at the time of the request.

For the rental of holiday accommodation for a specific period, there is no statutory right of withdrawal (Section 312g(2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code, BGB). You can, however, cancel in accordance with the following cancellation policy.

Please cancel by email to [E-Mail-Adresse]. If you cancel, we refund the following share of the total price paid:

• at least 30 days before arrival: 100% refund
• at least 14 days before arrival: 50% refund
• after that: no refund

Example “at least 30 days before arrival”: this tier applies if we receive your cancellation no later than 30 days before the day of arrival (German time). For an arrival on 31 July 2027, that is 1 July 2027. The same applies to the other tiers.

The refund is made via the payment method you used. If you cancel before paying, this will not cost you anything.
